There is one extremely rude receptionist at this doctors, luckily she is the only one. She is without exception rude and extremely unwelcoming.
I haven't been at the surgery that long and already on two occasions I have been spoken to in an appalling manner by one of the receptionist. I was it utter disbelief when I was spoken to the way I was. Although the receptionist had made errors on my very important perception I was the one who got spoken to in such an unprofessional way. Then I got lied to and way told my medication had been discontinued it seems this was to cover up her mistake. Also another occasion when the receptionist again messed my prescription up ,, I was spoken rudely to once again and this time she even huffed at me.
It is a great shame as the doctor seems lovely as do the other receptionists, the rude receptionist is clearly in the wrong job.
the surgery i very well run and efficient, i have been going there since 1980. i think it is a great place, and as i said before, i am very luycky.
I have been a patient at this practice for 2 years now. The Doctor is very good at getting things done. I had a heart scare and she was not only very supportive and right about my diagnosis, she got me to see a consultant very quickly.
As a healthcare worker myself, I know the pressure doctors are under. I can honestly say DR Ghani works so very hard going beyond the call of duty.
The staff are very helpful and always manage to get an appointment within a few days.
Receptionists always make mistakes and are blunt and never listen to my needs. I also never receive the correct prescriptions because of their mistakes. Avoid.
